2017 Wells Cathedral and St Cuthbert’s

We visited Wells Cathedral and St Cuthbert’s Church on 3/4 June 2017. There was a ‘Pentecost beacon event‘ in the Cathedral on the afternoon and evening of Sunday 4 June which meant that we did not sing Evensong there. It was translated to St Cuthbert’s Church instead.

We had a good sized choir committed to the event, and the singing list was full.

We still have room for a few singers at our week-long visit to Lincoln Cathedral in late August 2017.

Musical Direction

The weekend’s music was directed by Matthew O’Donovan and our organist was Peter Ward Jones.
